Does ARTLAS offer a free trial?
Yes! ARTLAS offers a free trial plan with limited Snap Art (5 scans/day) and Metti Chat (5 messages/day). You can explore basic features without any payment.
What happens after my pass expires?
After your Unlimited Pass expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free Trial plan. You'll keep your scan history and favorites, but access to unlimited features, AI Guide, and maps will be limited until you renew.
How much does the unlimited pass cost?
Unlimited passes are available in three flexible options: Day Pass ($7.99) for single museum visits, 3 days ($15.99) for art-focused trips, and Weekly Pass ($24.99) for regular art enthusiasts. The Weekly Pass offers the best value with 45% savings compared to daily rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with industry-standard encryption.
Do you offer refunds?
