7. Purchases, Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Payment Methods
We use third-party payment processors to handle payments securely, including but not limited to Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By making a purchase, you authorize:
- us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to your purchase; and
- our payment processors to store and process your payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another platform, your payment may be processed by that platform, and additional or different terms (including around billing and refunds) may apply as set by that platform.
7.2 Billing
All paid access to ARTLAS (including any “Unlimited Pass” or similar products) is currently sold as a one-time purchase for a fixed duration (for example, a 1-Day, 7-Day, or 1-Month Unlimited Pass, or other durations shown at checkout).
- Your pass will automatically expire at the end of the purchased period.
- We do not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions through the Services.

8. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Agreement, all fees and charges are final, and we do not offer refunds.
This means:
- No refunds for used or unused time
Once access to a pass period has been granted (for example, your 1-Day, 7-Day, or 1-Month Unlimited Pass has started), the fees for that period are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Services before the period ends. - No refunds for expiry of passes
Passes automatically expire at the end of the stated period and will not be refunded in whole or in part once purchased. - Technical issues and maintenance
Temporary interruptions, downtime, or feature changes do not create a right to a refund, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available and to address reported issues. - Billing errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged (for example, duplicate charges), you must contact us promptly at info@artlas.app with details and relevant receipts. If we confirm an error, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, issue a refund or credit. - Platform-specific refunds
If you made your purchase through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform, any refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that platform and will be handled according to its policies. Our ability to grant refunds for such purchases may be limited or restricted by that platform.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
9. Price and Plan Changes
We may change the prices of our passes, introduce new passes, or modify existing offerings from time to time. Any price change will apply only to future purchases and will not affect passes you have already bought.
Prices displayed in the Services at the time you confirm a purchase are the prices that apply to that transaction. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you should not complete the purchase of a new pass.
